Returns

If you have any issues with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of order at info@magicreed.com.  Reeds are guaranteed against leaks, cracks and cosmetic imperfections when they result in complete reed failure or under grade performance. Certain cosmetic imperfections are possible with handmade reed making, but my  testing/certification process protects you through sorts/edits. Exchanges are granted in certain situations and seller will pay for re-shipping in lieu of shipping the reed back to Magic Reed.  Refunds are granted on a case by case basis.  When they are granted, they are for product only, unless the reeds are returned to seller at buyer expense.

Subscriptions

Magic Reed subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel them at any time. If you have issues with your subscription, please contact us at info@magicreed.com.
