If you have any issues with your order, please contact us at info@magicreed.com.  Note: Exchanges are granted in certain situations and seller will pay for shipping. Refunds are granted on a case by case basis.  When they are granted, they are for product only, unless the reeds are returned to seller at buyer expense.

Subscriptions

Magic Reed subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel them at any time. If you have issues with your subscription, please contact us at info@magicreed.com.
