Shipping Policies

Domestic Orders

Our oboe reeds are made to order, and this takes time. By planning ahead, with blanks on-hand whenever possible, I am able to offer faster turnaround than is typical in the industry. We generally ship reeds within 3 working days of receipt, but post longer lead times to account for unforeseen circumstances. 

USPS economy shipping takes 5-8 days depending on location, and standard shipping takes 3-4 days. NY/Tri-State orders generally take the same amount of delivery time for the two USPS services, so economy is recommended.

Any orders shipped within three working days of receipt will be shipped economy. If standard shipping is selected, it will kick in after 3 working days. Please notify us if you have a hard deadline for receipt (auditions/concerts) and we will do what we can to accommodate. No overnight services are offered at this time.  

My service includes the prompt delivery of finished (and fully dried) orders to a local post office at the end of each day. Reeds finished, but not fully dried will be held over for shipment the next day.
