Custom Oboe Reeds at Magic Reed are designed for highly skilled adult amateur and professional musicians.  Our goal is to provide all of the quality and personalization they would seek if they had all the skills, time and desire to satisfy their reed making needs under their own knife.  We offer two kinds of customizations.  We have found that highly descriptive model labels provide an easy way for players to choose the option that works best for them.  There are six such models under the Magic Reed label.  My ultra custom option features a collaborative process of information gathering, product sampling, feedback and execution.  This process is time intensive for the reed maker, and requires a one year subscription of 3 or more reeds per month. Individual results vary.
